We manage property for owners who have hired us to act as their agent.  We take on the duties of the landlord.  We are not a pre-paid rental listing agency that sells you a list of available properties.  The property information is free.

At Cornerstone we want the best tenants we can find.  In exchange we want to offer the best services to tenants that we can provide. 

How does it work?  Look at our available properties.  If you see one that interests you, please drive by it.  After you do so, if you are still interested, call us back to set an appointment to see the inside and get an application.  Below is a summary of the application process.

WHAT IS NEEDED TO RENT AN APT , CONDOMINIUM OR HOUSE

*APPLICATION - When you view the property, you will receive an application. Please fill it out completely. All occupants must be named. Additional instructions will accompany the application.
* RETURN TO - Return the completed application to Cornerstone Property Management at 1756 Arrow Hwy., La Verne, CA. (You will receive a map with directions with your application.) There is a slot in the door for 24 hour drop-offs.
* PROCESSING TIME - We try to process the application as quickly as possible. Often in 24 hours.
* AFTER APPROVAL - Rental Agreements will be signed and you will receive your keys when your total move-in cost is paid. No personal checks for you move-in balance.
* WHO WE WILL RENT TO - We do not discriminate because of race, color, creed or national origin, marital status, age, sex, source of income, or other forms of discrimination prohibited by law. We do, however, have an obligation to accept only those applicants who are able to pay the rent, are willing to care for their residence, and are considerate of the rights of their neighbors.
* ONCE A TENANT - We strictly enforce the prompt payment of the rent when due. We do not hesitate to process evictions when necessary.
