All properties receive a Monthly Statement detailing income received and expenses paid. It is a clear, concise statement. It will be received with your monthly check.

At the end of the year you will receive a Year End Statement. It is easy to read making your tax preparation hassle free.

We also provide a Property Profile with your Year End Statement. This profile will become a great reference base for your property file, useful when considering selling, exchanging, tax preparation, or general financial planning.
