Please drive by properties first, then call back at 909/596-9488, to set an appointment to see the inside and get an application.  If we are not in, please leave your name and phone number.  If the property is still occupied, please do not disturb current occupants.  Thank you.

We update this list constantly to give you the most current and accurate information we can. 

The best time to call is Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.  We take lunch around the noon hour.  If we are not in, leave your name and number, we may be on another line or out showing property.  We do want to get back to you.  Leaving us an email at Rentals1234@aol.com is another great way to reach us 24/7.

Note:  You will see that some of the properties shown may say, "Application Pending".  It will say this from the time we have an approved application until the time a new tenant moves in.   Other properties may say, "Rented".  This means the new tenant has taken possession.  We leave the listing posted for a short while after they have rented so you can get an idea of some comparable rents.
